At Eddy Mikes Capital & Media LLC, we stand behind what we sell. This policy covers digital products and consulting services purchased through eddymikes.com.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
Consulting sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your Calendly confirmation link.
To request a refund (where eligible), email info@eddymikes.com with your order details and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
